My Approach

Coaching is holistic and unique. Each client has different needs, goals, and barriers. My goal is to meet each client where they are at in their process and provide guidance, support, and accountability as they achieve their goals.

About Maaya

Maaya combines lived experience from living a life with ADHD & Dyslexia and her Master's level training in Psychology to best identify and support her clients' goals.

My Specialties

I work with a variety of clients with unique needs, and specialize in working with clients with Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, and other Mental Health barriers. I particularly find advocacy work and administration rewarding.
